Bill Blake is the president of The Lincoln Society. A rare breed, he is a conservative economist with a Masters Degree from The London School of Economics. He holds discipline certificates with Honours of Merit in Economics, International Finance, and Political Science. His certificate in the History of International Relations earned him the highest academic award, the Honour of Distinction. He conducted graduate research at the World Bank and the IMF. Bill and his wife Vicki returned to Texas from London and New York to raise their three children. From Dallas-Fort Worth, he plans and manages the financial affairs of affluent households in multiple states.
Bill Mills is the long-serving Secretary-Treasurer Emeritus of The Lincoln Society. Besides being the heart & soul of our organization, he has been a committed Republican volunteer in Collin County for decades. And, a finer person you would hard-pressed to find. Bill is a veteran and former officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, a career civil engineer and owner of Mills Engineering and Technology, and an engineer with Electronic Data Systems. He is a graduate of Texas Tech, Texas A&M, and the U.S. Army Command & General Staff College. Bill also serves his community as a member of the Collin County Planning Board. He is married to beloved Lincoln Society member Sheryl Anne Mills; and, together they have two children, seven grandchildren, and one great granddaughter.
